Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AcznTeams, operated by RCME Legacy LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. We act as a service provider to the business that invited you ("your Employer"), which controls much of the data about you in the App.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, job role, department, location assignment, and wage (where provided by you or your Employer).
Work data: shifts, time punches, tasks, training and quiz results, availability, time-off requests, scorecards, points, and messages you send within the App.
Location data: when you use clock-in features, we collect your device's location at that moment to verify you are within your Employer's designated work area (geofence). We do not track your location in the background.
Device data: a push-notification token so we can deliver alerts, plus basic technical information needed to operate the App.
How we use information
To provide the App's features — scheduling, time tracking, tasks, training, messaging, and notifications; to verify clock-in location against your Employer's geofence; to secure accounts and prevent misuse; and to communicate service-related messages such as password-reset codes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Location data, specifically
Location is captured only while you actively use a feature that needs it (for example, tapping clock-in). It is used to compute your distance from the assigned work location and is shared with your Employer as part of your time records. You can decline location permission in your device settings, though some features may not work without it.
How information is shared
With your Employer: your Employer's administrators can see the account and work data described above for their business.
With service providers: we use trusted vendors to operate the App — for example, to deliver push notifications and to send transactional emails such as password-reset codes. They process data only on our behalf.
For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App to your Employer, and thereafter as required for legal, payroll, or recordkeeping purposes. Your Employer determines how long work records are kept within their business.
Your choices & rights
You can review and update your name, email, and phone in the app's Edit Profile screen, and change your password at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data; because your Employer controls much of this data, please direct such requests to your Employer or contact us and we will assist.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is not intended for anyone under the minimum working age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
